This week we canned apples with some friends. We stained alot of towels, had tons of fun, didn't have any of the jars break {thankfully!}, did countless loads of dishes, fed 19 people lunch both days and all of the lids sealed :) Our cupboards will be full of apples for a while!

We used two of the Pampered Chef apple peeler/corer/slicers. We had enough people helping that we kept rotating, so they got them finished pretty fast!

28 quarts apple pie filling, 23 quarts apple butter and 4 pints apple/pear butter. Not all of them are pictured...
